Brilliant, courageous and well researched this needs to be shared far and wide, thank you 🙏🏻

Thank you for your kind words, Susan. Please feel free to share and to talk up with your contacts about what we should be doing to express our displeasure at Congress' recent actions. Power to the people--not the bought-off genocide-enablers!

Righteous, factual screed. The very best kind.

Thank you kindly! It's time to get righteous on the bastards. I've lost my patience.

Off to start documenting our upcoming 10th anniversary of the water crisis in Toledo. And guess what? More blue-green algae blooms this week! SIGH.

Algae again? I'm sorry to hear that, but not at all surprised. They haven't closed any beaches near Cleveland yet, but Lake Erie is much deeper up here.

I'm ready to start building guillotines on the Capitol steps. Who's with me? We've got to get their attention somehow, and it seems the only way is for us to threaten their flow of big cash from AIPAC and the MIC. Or their necks. I'm beginning to think they'll give us their necks first before foregoing all that money. Sociopaths!

It's difficult to know how to reach out to a sociopath... Do they even have a conscience to twinge or a heart that feels broken by all the death and destruction they've helped to bring about in Gaza? Who knows? But we can state our case and point out their evil actions and we can make sure they'll never profit from such things ever again.

Truth, every word.

Except feral cats should not be referred to as a "destruction". Maybe a "majesty" or a "glory" of cats.

Yes Feral and let’s remember that female cats are referred to as “queens”!

Whereas, female dogs are… well, you know ..😉

I have heard of a "glory of cats" and I agree that it's a much better collective term for them. I got "destruction" from a BBC web site, and the Brits might have some issues with feral kitties that makes them use that word.

The Brits might be surprised to find that without a feral cat population, mice and rabbits would take over the world.

I think the Aussies already found that out after they placed a bounty on feral cats…serves ‘em right!

I could not care less what brits think. Besides, the only wild animals in GB are pigeons and rats.

And muntjac deer--they almost hit our car on a country road in Norfolk. The little guys were imported from South Asia a few centuries back for the aristocracy to hunt and they're taking over from the native deer and thriving quite well in large herds. It amazed me how "rural" a lot of England really is outside of the cities.

The whitetail deer population is exploding in my neck of the woods TRC. I’m one of the few people I know who hasn’t experienced a Bambi-related car accident…yet.

We used to have an understanding with them: you guys don’t eat our stuff and we don’t shoot you. The deer however are beginning to renege on their part of the bargain, so we’ve invited a friend who loves venison to sit in our hay barn with a rifle this November.

I nominate the CIA as being more criminal than Congress, but yeah, you sure are on point here.

Agreed. But we can't technically impeach the entirety of the CIA to get them out of office like we can Congress. It's going take some really hard work to get rid of the spooks.

i refer to them congressbeings as a basket of deplorables

and i had considered it would be appropriate to have recordings of crying children outside of Blinkless' home when protesters were camped outside his estate before israhell started tormenting palestinians with that tactic. it would be appropriate for every deplorable on the take in DC

TRC, you forgot a “murder of crows” 😉

Great writing, dear friend. I only object to the comparison of these criminals with animals. (I find animals far preferable to Homo sapiens). Even “monsters” is not enough to describe them. If I believed in devils and demons, that would be close.

Hmmmm, perhaps they exist after all.

I did place a Gypsy curse on ByeDone and Satanyahoo. It appears to have worked on the former. Stay tuned for the latter. It’s just taking a bit longer.

Kamala is an awful person, a retention rate of 8.5 percent speaks volumes. But the status quo won’t change. However, if she is so concerned about Palestinian lives, she should be put on the spotlight and demand that she initiate ASAP the asylum process for Palestinians due to forced displacement. A token effort, but failure to do so would unmask her hypocrisy, and probably convince naive folks the carnage will continue unabated.

The Palestinians are already designated as "refugees" by the United Nations. With the quotas already in place, there's no way they'd let in 2 million refugees to the US alone. And why should Palestinians be forced to leave their homes after fighting to stay there? I doubt Kamala will do anything for them. She doesn't need to since the duopolists can rig the election easily enough in her favor if they so wish.

I agree that it would be a good gesture, but were I a Palestinian I’d rather live any other place than the United Snakes.

Actually, they are getting bombed to death inside Palestine and would rather LIVE. Problem is ensuring that they have aright to return when the genocidal criminal regime in Tel Aviv has been removed.

Expand full comment
author

This is the crux of the matter--the right to return. With the UN designation of "refugee" that means they're not migrating because they want to--they migrate simply to stay alive. And Israel has kept many of these Palestinians who have migrated to the US away from their homes for over 76 years now. We've got to stop this idea that we can let the bullies (Izrealhell) take all the land they want and destroy the people and the culture of Palestine. The indigenous people should be able to stay on their own land and live in peace and welcome their long-lost relatives back home.

Of course. But there are many African and South American nations willing to take them.

That being said, I am strongly interested in adopting an orphaned Palestinian teenager, because at age 70 I’m too old for a young child.

There's an apocraphyl tale of a bronze age dude who burst into a defiled temple and fucking trashed the place, name doesn't come to mind at the moment.

Could it be Jesus of Nazareth? Whoever it was, then, we need to follow suit. We need to trash the "temples of genocide" and lock up their inhabitants forever.

Great article. I'm loving your British hubby's terminology. Generally, Americans need to be much more creative with their descriptions of the agents of empire and insults. It seems limited to variations of clown, fuck you and up yours. To ‘horrible gobshites’ you can add weapons-grade wank puffin, fuckwit, twat-spangle, thundercunt and spunk-trumpet.
