Capitalism deserves to collapse. It's collapsing with every tariff Trump threatens to place on formerly friendly nations and wars started for no good reason other than to demonstrate white supremacy.

Not one of my better attempts at writing poetry, but it came to me late at night. I just couldn’t forget it.
There’s so much truth in my short poem. It gives the real reason behind why the US is trying to start a war with Iran. It’s all because “Donald T. and his Board of Perverts and Genocidal Maniacs” are doing their best to cover up their heinous crimes, only a few of which have been exposed in this latest Epstein file dump.
What better way for the “Epstein class” to make the public forget all about their peccadilloes than by starting a war and risking nuclear Armageddon? You gotta admit it would create a gigantic smokescreen…
What child trafficking? What rape and torture parties? What genocide of the Palestinian people? What stolen oil and kidnapped president from Venezuela? Who’s blockading Cuba? Warehouses are being turned into ICE mega-prisons? What are you talking about? We’re at war with Iran now—that’s what’s important. That’s all that matters now.
It’s that easy. Besides, nobody of any real consequence will be at risk of being hurt or killed when we go to war with Iran alongside our “closest ally” in order to help them create the Greater Israel. Nobody of consequence. Sure, some poor kids suckered into serving in the US armed forces and masses of Iranian civilians could be hurt or killed, but they’re of no consequence whatsoever when compared to superior individuals like Donald, Bibi, and their friends of the Epstein class.
I hope by now you realize that the sociopaths in power don’t care about the children and women they’ve raped, tortured, bombed, and starved both at home and abroad. So why should they care about poor whites, browns, and blacks getting chewed up and spit out for the benefit of the war machine? Par for the course as far as they’re concerned. Going to war is all about profits for the military-industrial complex. War is great for the MIC’s bottom line.
A meme (with several variations) that has been making the rounds lately reveals another great truth. “If we arrest everybody in those (Epstein) files, then the entire system will collapse,” cries a panicked Attorney General Pam Bondi. “Then it deserves to collapse,” comes the blasé response. These last words reveal the deepest truth of all: The system itself deserves to collapse.
That’s it. If your governmental system is controlled by bloodthirsty, pedophile/pedo-protecting capitalists, then it should fall. It doesn’t deserve to continue. It’s of no service to its people—who I assume are not all bloodthirsty, pedophile-protecting capitalists or even care to associate with the likes of them. As I and many other writers have stated over and over again, capitalism must die because it is the soil in which sociopaths such as Epstein and Trump grow and thrive. Sociopaths naturally rise to the top in a capitalist system, and from there they dictate to the rest of us what is allowable and what isn’t in our society.
To illustrate how capitalism dictates Americans’ morals—what our society says is good, kind, and necessary—here are a few examples:
Under capitalism universal health care is not allowed or wanted by our Congress because it is funded by huge donations from Big Insurance and Big Pharma, but funding and arming a genocide that has murdered over 600,000 human beings in Palestine is just fine because the war machine demands it. (And the war machine/MIC gives Congress big donations, too.)
Under capitalism a guaranteed place to live is not allowed for the homeless because it’s not profitable for landlords (who don’t even live in the US sometimes), but building prison after prison, including turning warehouses into mega-prisons for immigrants/refugees we don’t like, is allowed because it’s extremely profitable for the For Profit Prison-Industrial Complex—that also gives Congress nice donations as well.
Under capitalism, diversity and equal opportunity rules to prevent the discrimination of minorities in the workplace or school are not allowed because rich whites in particular don’t want or need them, but preying upon and sex trafficking young women and children is allowed—provided that billionaires, royalty, and government officials are the only ones allowed to do so. Poor folks who molest and rape others are simply sick perverts and should be locked up and executed for their crimes.
The system deserves to collapse. Capitalism deserves to collapse. And it is collapsing more and more every day with each and every tariff Donald Trump threatens to place on formerly friendly nations.
Why do Americans allow this mockery of a so-called “democracy” continue? Is it because so many enjoy watching red, white, and blue flags waving in the breeze as they’re flown over the masts of warships? Or is it because so many like seeing red, white, and blue flags draped over thousands of coffins of dead armed forces personnel as they return from war?
There is no real reason to pick a fight with Iran and slaughter possibly millions unless you count expanding the reach of a white supremacist ideology called Zionism as a good reason. This begs the question: Why should white supremacy even be considered remotely “patriotic”?
Wouldn’t taking care of our own people be more patriotic, more empathetic and caring than putting all our efforts and tax dollars into mass murdering strangers in order to propagate the Zionist agenda? Why do Americans act as if going to war is a good thing—I mean, those Americans who don’t own huge shares of stock in armament manufacturers and the like? What do poor Americans get out of war other than dead or injured sons and daughters?
Some people will never learn. They’ll continue to place pedophiles, rapists, and genocidal maniacs up on pedestals in order to worship them as they lead us into war with no questions asked. Some must believe that these sleazy excuses for human beings have been appointed to high office and positions of power in order to commit unspeakable crimes for a noble reason. Noble reasons have nothing to do with honorableness in the US apparently.
Maybe I’m missing the point here, but perhaps the real reason behind’s Trump’s saber-rattling is to scare the shit out of Americans. God couldn’t get our attention any other way. Perhaps God wants Americans to tear down the sociopathic capitalist system and lock up all the baby-raping sleazeballs. Maybe the dump of the Epstein files’ content is a test of our morality and empathy—and all who fail to pass the test are to be locked up and tried for their crimes against humanity?
It all comes down to this: Do Americans have the guts and the backbones to do whatever is necessary to make this world a better place for all human beings, not only the elite parasites of the Epstein class? Are we willing to do all that we can to free the world of child sex traffickers and genocidaires, warmongers and white supremacists? Can Americans see ourselves—really see ourselves—doing what it takes to rid our own society of hunger, homelessness, and inadequate health care?
What is holding us back from letting the corrupt system collapse so we can rebuild it from scratch—and this time get things right? Fear? Confusion? Laziness? All three?
Now is not the time for cowardice and self-centeredness. Now is the time for organization and action. Find a local group that isn’t taking going to war with Iran for no good reason lying down and join in their actions. Join national groups as well and learn how you can help. Don’t give up and give in to the fascist pedophile-protectors in power.
Together we are strong. Together we will collapse the corrupt system and punish the wrongdoers. Together we will rise stronger than ever. Power to the people!

I'd add a #4 to your "under Capitalism" list. It's simply that, as Marx suggested, Capitalism eats its own, and comes to resemble a central complaint about Communism: Namely, the removal of choice by centralizing human industry/activity under one roof. The buyouts, swallow-ups and consolidations of the corporate world have essentially produced nearly the same outcome in corporate capitalism -- where we seem to have choice, but in a huge number of instances, it turns out that we do not. Because one hidden producer supplies product to a bunch of other companies, which on the surface seem to be independent but aren't. Capitalism is a lie in so many ways.
Well said CA. A change in the system is needed, seeing as how the depraved system exploits the labor of those who aren't part of that privileged class, further exacerbating wealth and quality of life disparities and making things worse for the majority of the people. Not to mention, the oligarchs and ultra-wealthy have enormous wealth and influence, and only seek to further their riches, at the expense of everyone else who they deem beneath their notice.
I think it is by design that things continue to get worse for most people, and the system views you only as a means of value in terms of making money, it does not view you as a human being entitled to dignity, rights, freedom and decency. Another unnecessary war will cost potentially hundreds of millions and untold suffering, that's the last thing this world needs. The continuous support for ongoing genocide with our tax dollars and boosting the military industrial complex needs to stop ASAP as well. Why should my tax money go towards allowing occupiers to commit genocide and deny people their rights, freedom, land and dignity? Good question too, what is holding the country back from dismantling this exploitative, oppressive system? My hope is that people are willing to make that choice to break down the current system and build a better one from the ashes. Now is the time to unite and change the world for the better, because if the status quo continues, there may not be anything left to save.
